Kinka mackerel, which is landed at Ishinomaki Port every fall, is canned without being frozen.
We only use medium-sized Kinka mackerel that is in season.
For the miso stew, we use carefully selected ingredients such as local additive-free miso and raw sugar from Kikaijima, which softens the flavor. .(Because we use seasonal fresh fish, we are proud that even if it is lightly seasoned, there is no fishy smell.)
The taste and nutrients of the fish do not escape anywhere, and the taste is tightly soaked in the can.
